REFUND POLICY

All of our products are made to order.  We do not carry premade products.  Therefore, all sales on our site are final and no refunds or exchanges will be given.  Exceptions/modifications to this general rule may be considered under certain circumstances but those will be looked at on an individual basis.  Any refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  All decisions or exceptions to this general rule will be at our sole discretion.
