Shipping policy
SHIPPING TIMES
We aim to ship all orders out within 5-7 business days. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that orders are placed far enough in advance to allow for processing and shipping times.
Orders will be shipped using the most cost effective means available at the time and costs will vary based on size and weight of order. Whenever possible, we will ship all items from the same order in one package. Customers are responsible for selecting the most appropriate shipping option at check out. No refunds or credits will be given under any circumstances for delays in shipping that are out of our control.
LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will replace or refund the product at our sole discretion.
If you selected a shipping method that does not provide tracking, you do so at your own risk, and we will not provide any refunds or replacements for those shipments.
